Located in Canton, Heritage Town Park provides future homeowners with custom designed four and five-bedroom homes, all situated on wooded one-acre lots. With features such as master bedrooms with sitting rooms, mud rooms with exterior entries, and butler’s pantries, we think you’ll enjoy the homes just as they are. And with our new design center, you can select from our array of finishes for your home’s cabinets, flooring, trim, and countertops.

But it doesn’t end there. As a part of our design / build concept, you have the opportunity to contribute more than just your opinion and taste. At Loren, you as a customer are a part of the design process – from start to finish. You’ll meet with the Loren team to discuss what your particular needs are for your home, and you will be involved in every step of the way to complete your vision. Because, after all, it is your vision.
